When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within a few weeks, depending on the product and destination.
Estimated windows are shown at checkout. If an order runs meaningfully late, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your location isn’t listed, we’re not shipping there yet.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has been processed by the supplier, changes may not be possible. We’ll tell you what can be done in each case.
Can I return an item?
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right.
For simple change-of-mind returns, eligibility depends on the item and its supplier. Contact us and we’ll let you know what is possible for that specific order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take clear photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Where do your products come from?
We work with a small set of suppliers and manufacturers. Each product is chosen individually rather than bulk-added. If we wouldn’t use it on our own desks, it doesn’t go in the catalogue.
Do you offer discounts or sales?
We don’t run constant sales or countdown timers. Prices may change over time as supply and costs change, but the goal is to keep the catalogue small, fair, and considered.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact page on this site and include your order number where relevant. One clear message is better than multiple follow-ups; we’ll respond with a specific answer, not a script.
