We work with selected suppliers and ship products directly to you. Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination.

Estimated delivery windows will be shown where possible before you check out. These are guides, not guarantees. If an order is significantly delayed, we’ll review it with you.

We pack light. No unnecessary inserts. No marketing clutter in the box. Just the object you chose and the information you need.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short note, and photographs where relevant.

We review each case individually. Some items may need to be returned to the supplier; others may be refunded or replaced without a return. We’ll keep the process as simple as possible.

We don’t run open-ended “try it and send it back” programmes. We prefer to ship things that are likely to stay. If you’re unsure about an item, ask before you order.
